The infrared emitters on the camera has now malfunctioned TWICE within five months. It is the only challenge we've encountered. As soon as you have this device it becomes indispensible, so I hated not getting "night vision".
For replacements, call 800 544-1108, give them a credit card number, and they will ship you a new unit. You won't be charged something unless you do not destroy/return the defective unit (they paid for shipping both approaches).
